This account is designed for children under 18 years old and can be opened by a parent or legal guardian.

How to open an account:

If you live in Male', Hulhumale', Villimale', Hithadhoo, Gan, Mahibadhoo, Kulhudhuffushi, or Eydhafushi, you can apply for an account at the relevant BML branch. You can take a token through QueueBee between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

If you live on any other island, you can visit your nearest BML branch to apply.

Banking hours:

BML branches are open from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday (except public holidays).

What you need:

• Completed BML Kids' Saver Account Opening Form (filled out by the parent or legal guardian)
• Supporting documents (Child's Birth Certificate, parent/guardian ID card)
