A shari’ah compliant debit card which is available with your BML Islamic Student Account and is offered for children to help them learn how to manage money and create budgets on their own. You will get full view, control and management of the card, while your child gets a safe place to learn.

Available for children aged 7-17
No annual or joining fees
Card is linked to BML Islamic Student Account
At 18, the account automatically upgrades to a Wadi’ah Personal Current Account, with a BML Islamic Visa Debit Card issued upon completion of account information
A rebate of 0.5% on total annual card spending
Note: Only transactions made on BML POS terminals and the BML Payment Gateway are eligible for the rebate. Rebates will be credited to the student's BML Islamic Kids’ Saver Account at the end of the calendar year.

Foreign transaction limits

Students residing in Maldives: USD 100 per month
