Device management

Device Management is a security feature that provides our customers with enhanced control over their login credentials and device access.

Customers can conveniently monitor and manage all the active login sessions through Internet and Mobile Banking. If notice any unauthorized logins or wish to log out of specific active sessions, customer can easily navigate to ‘Device Management’ in the ‘Settings menu and select ‘Logout’ for your preferred active sessions

• Device Management option will be available from Personal Profiles only.
• By clicking “Logout of all sessions” the customer will be logged out from all the devices including current session. The customer will need to log in again.

How to do it?

• Login to Internet Banking > Go to Settings> Device Management
• Login to  Mobile app > More> Device Management> All Sessions
