• Suitable for purchase of land, business premises such as warehouses, retail outlets, office spaces, and manufacturing facilities.
• Loan value up to MVR 30 million based on financial strength of the business.
• Interest rate of 12% p.a.
• Equity: 30%

Repayment Period

• Financing tenure: Up to 15 years
• Grace period: Up to 24 months for construction projects under end-user financing

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a registered business in the Maldives
• Minimum of 2 years of business operation
• Satisfactory financial performance in the most recent financial year (audited or management accounts)
• Satisfactory credit history

Applicable fees:

• Application Fee: MVR 1,500 (non-refundable)
• Processing Fee: 1.5% of loan amount

How do I apply?

If you are in Male’ you can make an appointment through our Appointment Portal and arrange a time to visit our Business Centre located in Male. If you are in the below listed area, take a token through QueueBee to visit the relevant branch to submit the Guesthouse Loan application form along with required documents.

Once an appointment is successfully made, you will receive an SMS with your appointment time to visit the Bank. Appointment slots are available for next 10 working days.

If you are residing in any other island, visit the nearest branch and submit Commercial Property Financing application form along with required documents.
