Our branches and service centres will be open on Sunday to Thursday from 08:30am to 2:00pm.
You can book appointments up to 10 days ahead at anytime from our appointment portal.
If you would like a service that is not listed here, please request for a token via the QueueBee app
Once an appointment is successfully made, you will receive an SMS and email with your appointment time to visit the Bank. For business account opening customers, we will send you an email detailing the documents required when visiting us.
