Terms and Conditions

1. The duration of validity of this Discount Offer (“Discount Period”) may vary at different BML Merchant Outlets (“Outlets”) the discount is offered at. 

2. Each successful local transaction made from any BML issued card in selected Outlets during the Discount Period shall be eligible for the discount offer.

3. By participating in this Discount Offer the Cardholders (as defined under the relevant Terms & Conditions of the Bank) of Bank of Maldives expressly agree to be bound by the official rules, regulation, and decisions of the Bank of Maldives Plc.

4. Unless otherwise stated, this Discount Offer is not valid with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions of the Bank

5. The terms contained herein are in addition and without prejudice to the Card Acceptance Terms and Conditions, Debit Card Terms and Conditions and any other specific product terms (“Other Terms”) of the Bank that may be relevant in connection with this Discount Offer. In the event of any inconsistency between these Discount Offer terms and Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.

6. In the event of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.

7. Bank of Maldives reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend, alter, add or modify the terms and conditions of this Discount Offer or change or withdraw this Discount Offer at any time without any obligation to provide notice or reason.
