Banking services available online

The Bank’s branches and service centres will be open from 08:30am to 2pm for services not available via online or self-service banking. 

Online Token

Customers can request for tokens for the Bank’s services in Male’ City through the QueueBee app and check waiting position online before visiting. Online tokens will be available from 8am to 12:00pm on banking days via the app.

Customers can walk-in to collect their cards, statements or Internet Banking tokens from our Customer Service Centre (Ameenee Magu) during banking hours.

You will no longer be required to take a QueueBee tokens at Customer Service Centre. 


Services via pre-booked appointments

Services at our Account Opening Centre, Loan Centre and Business Centre will be provided through prior appointments. Customers can book an appointment via our appointment portal. To make an appointment, visit  https://www.bankofmaldives.com.mv/book-appointment

The cut-off times for services available online and cheque processing are as follows:

Requests received and cheques deposited by 12:00pm will be processed on the same day.
Cheque Processing

BML cheques: cheques received by 2pm will be processed on the same day.
Other bank cheque: Cheques deposited before 11:00am will be processed on the same day

Requests received after the cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.

We encourage our customers to bank from home using our Internet Banking and Mobile App for everyday banking.
