Customers can request for tokens for the Bank’s services in Male’ City through the QueueBee app and check waiting position online before visiting. Online tokens will be available from 8am to 12pm on the day.
Account Opening Centre, Loan Centre and Business Centres will provide services via pre-booked appointments.
Self-Service Banking ATM Centres will continue to offer customers the opportunity to deposit, withdraw and transfer cash 24 hours a day throughout the extended holiday period. Customers can also use the Bank’s network of ATMs, internet and mobile banking services, as well as the 24-hour Contact Centre. Over 200 Cash Agents on inhabited islands will be available to provide cash withdrawal services to customers and cash deposit and payment services can be availed from 40 Cash Agents.
