3. By participating in this Discount Offer the AMEX Cardholders of the Bank expressly agree to be bound by the official rules, regulation, and decisions of the Bank of Maldives Plc.

4. Unless otherwise stated, this Discount Offer is not valid with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions of the Bank
