Bank Drafts
Bank drafts are Banker’s Cheques, payment guaranteed, drawn on various Banks abroad. This is a convenient and secure way to make miscellaneous payments. We currently issue drafts in Australian Dollars, Euro, Sterling Pound, Japanese Yen and US Dollars. US Dollar drafts are issued drawn on Singapore, Colombo and the United States.

Travellers Cheques and Foreign Currency
We issue American Express and Thomas Cook Travellers cheques in US Dollars. Fixed denominations of 1000, 500, 100, 50, 20 and 10 are available. Travellers cheques are generally accepted throughout the world and it is one of the safest and convenient ways to pay your expenses while abroad. The service is available from our Branches in Male’ and International Airport. You will be required to produce Passport as identification.
