Upgrade from Standard to Premium Plan
If you are already using our Standard Plan, we have made it very easy for you to upgrade to the Premium Package.
Simply login to your Internet banking account and send an e-mail via BankMail with the following details:

Request to cancel the current Standard Plan and indicate that you want to apply for the Premium Plan.

Preferred user ID for the Premium Plan (Preferred User ID using letters or combination of letters and numbers. It must be 4 to 6 characters long and cannot include spaces or special characters (hyphens, astericks etc).

Preferred method of collecting the access codes and the token (You can request to collect it from any of our branches or we can even send it to direct to your home! If you want the access code to be sent by Post please provide full address and contact details)
Applying for Internet Banking Service
You have to be a Bank of Maldives Customer to register for Maldives Internet Banking services. All you have to do is complete the Maldives Internet Banking Application Form and submit it to any of our Branches or Bank of Maldives Card Centre.
Will process your application within 7 working days.
Note:
If you have forgotten your login details, simply send an e-mail to cardcentre@bml.com.mv (E-mail should be sent from the e-mail account registered with Maldives Internet Banking. This is the e-mail account that you gave when you applied for Maldives Internet Banking)
